What a wonderful afternoon we had. Singing along with Suzie . She had us tapping our toes and putting a smile on our faces. Music has so many benefits. Music offers profound physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits for older adults. It reduces stress, sparks long-term memory recall, eases chronic pain, improves sleep quality, and encourages gentle physical movement.

Relaxation afternoon at East Street.
We enjoyed our regular visit from Jackie, our Tai chi instructor. Tai chi has profound physical and mental health benefits for seniors combining slow, graceful movements with deep breathing. Research highlights its power to reduce falls risks by up to 50% it helps to build the lower body strength and helps ease arthritis joint pain. Thank you Jackie 😊 we look forward to seeing you next month

We were delighted to see our final piece proudly displayed at the Art Exhibition today, alongside wonderful artwork from other local care homes, including Raleigh Mead Nursing Home 🖼️💐
It was fantastic to be part of such a lovely community art event, celebrating creativity, self-expression and the amazing talents of our residents and Sandra at Creative Mojo Ltd ❤️👏

🎨✨ South Molton Market, brought to life with Art ✨🎨

Several weeks ago, we created this art piece with Sandra at Creative Mojo Ltd especially for the South Molton Art Exhibition, and today we’re delighted to see it there! 🖼️❤️

Our piece is a colourful depiction of South Molton South Molton Pannier Market featuring the market building itself and celebrating one of the town’s much-loved landmarks. 🏛️🌸

We really enjoyed creating this one capturing the character, charm and sense of community that makes South Molton so special. 💕🎨
