I absolutely love the new look of the basement, its earthy boho but still has that rustic feel.

My basement is a space where you can find your calm, slow down and take time for yourself.

Workplace Wellness

Feeling incredibly grateful after a wonderful day at the National Glass Centre.

I had the privilege of sharing reiki and crystal healing with the team today, holding space for calm, balance, and wellbeing in the most beautiful setting.

Thank you for inviting me in and for being such a lovely group to work with.

Grounding

Well, I know I've been a little quiet in the socials recently, but yesterday was just what I needed to reset and ground my energy.

I spent the day with wonderful people. We went forest walking, we talked, had fresh water dips and had a good laugh, with time to sit and just be mindful and in the moment.

I am so grateful for all I have in my life, namaste 🙏🏻✨️🤍.

Grateful

I have had another absolutely amazing day offering reiki and crystal healing at the National Glass Centre.

A beautiful location with a bunch of beautiful souls.

I am so grateful to have been offered this opportunity to work with this organisation, who have provided this to their colleagues to support wellbeing and promote self care.

See you all again next month, can't wait!

Energy

Wow! What a wonderful afternoon I have had with a group of wonderful women!

The engaging energy with us today was just amazing and connection is always a great tonic for the soul.

Good food, laughter, meditations, reiki drumming and a sea dip, what a perfect way to end the week and start your weekend.

Thank you all, I feel so grateful to have shared that space with you all, namaste 🙏🏻 ✨️🤍

I had the most wonderful day yesterday at the National Glass Centre. A day full of reiki healing with beautiful views of the River Wear.

What a bunch of lovely people in the most beautiful location, I can't wait to come back!

Grounding

Its been a while since I posted, I have and am still going through a tough time.

So, I have taken my own advice this last week and got myself outside, into nature, to ground myself, breathe and give myself some headspace.

Its ok to not feel ok, just make sure you look after yourself, reach out if you need support and reconnect with nature whenever you can.

I ended the year in Scotland in a cosy little snug surrounded by nature, which was just perfect.

The time away gave me time to pause, rest and reflect on the year and make plans for calma in 2026.

My main focus this year will be to get better at social media!!! I am absolutely hopeless at it so I am going to make it my mission to get more posts on and promote myself and my services more!

I truly am so grateful to you all for your continued support, it really does mean so much to me and hope to see you all soon.
