Join us for a deeply grounding sound healing experience, surrounded by the soothing rhythm of the sea.

As the waves roll in and the fresh sea air fills your lungs, you’ll be guided into a space of deep rest and relaxation through the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. Nature provides the perfect soundtrack, allowing you to reconnect with yourself while feeling supported by the calming energy of the ocean.

Take this time to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Whether you’ve experienced a sound bath before or this is your first time, everyone is welcome.

I’m excited to welcome you into the new Healing With The Moon space in South Shields.

A sound bath is a relaxing meditation experience where you are surrounded by therapeutic sounds and vibrations created using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other sound tools.

During the session, you’ll be invited to lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself time to relax while listening to the sounds and vibrations. Many people use sound baths as a way to support relaxation, mindfulness and stress reduction.

A little update from me 🤍

I wanted to share that I will no longer be based at Holistic Sisters, and for now I’ll be taking a gentle pause from offering events and treatments.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it’s one that feels right for where I am currently. Sometimes we are called to rest, reflect, and realign and that’s exactly what I’m honouring right now.

To every single client, past and present, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for allowing me to hold space for you, and for sharing such beautiful, vulnerable moments with me. It has truly been an honour to be part of your healing journeys.

This isn’t goodbye, just a pause 🤍
I will see you all again soon.
