After spending 7 years working in London in the corporate world I decided to escape the hustle and bustle of the city life to follow my dreams to become a yoga teacher

8:30-9:30am

Happppyyyy 💛

Sooo happy is fully open again! If you haven't been already get down there and experience the most wonderful space and energy ✨ not to mention the harmonious cafe serving the yummiest food and drinks 😋

I'll be there tomorrow, and every Tuesday morning, teaching a gentle but energising practice easing you into the week.

Help India Breathe 🇮🇳

It's so so sad to see what's happening in India. I've had the most wonderful memories there and met the most wonderful people. It's where I learnt to teach and deepen my practice and learn how to live a more yogic life.

Over the next few weeks I will be donating all proceeds from my yoga classes to charities supporting help India get through the pandemic. Including...
