Take a pause beneath the Super New Moon in Gemini and gift yourself an evening of deep rest, release and rebalance.
This 90-minute immersive sound healing experience begins with a guided meditation working with the energy of the New Moon, helping you settle the mind, soften the nervous system and connect with your intentions for the cycle ahead.
You’ll then be immersed in a restorative sound journey featuring ocean drum, chimes, wind gong and other therapeutic instruments, before sinking into an extended crystal singing bowl experience designed to support deep relaxation, inner stillness and meditative states.
Reiki energy will be softly woven through the session for those who wish to receive ✨
As the vibrations gently wash over and around you, many people experience a sense of calm, clarity, emotional release and profound rest.
We close with grounding, integration and optional herbal tea, allowing time to land gently before returning to the outside world 🌿
