We're incredibly proud of the positive feedback we receive through our PEAQ surveys and the fantastic retention we enjoy across our teams. But we're always looking for new ways to show our appreciation and make Home Instead an even better place to work.

That's why we're delighted to announce two new benefits for our Care Professionals from July:

🎂 And every Care Professional will receive their birthday off work – fully paid – so they can spend their special day doing whatever makes them happy.

Every now and then we receive a review that really means a lot to us đź’ś

Recently, a family came to us when their mum’s dementia suddenly worsened. They had no experience of caring and were understandably overwhelmed.

They shared this:

“The ladies from HI guided us through this nightmare… without them we’d have failed.”

We never take words like this lightly.

Supporting families through moments like these is at the heart of what we do every day. It’s not just about care visits — it’s about being there when people need reassurance, guidance and a friendly face during very difficult times.

Today we came together for our end-of-year Christmas meal — a wonderful moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible work of our central and senior leadership team.

This special group has had a truly fantastic year. Their commitment to providing exceptional support never wavers. They lead our key player teams with passion, steadiness, and a deep sense of purpose. They are the people who keep the wheels turning across the business, day in and day out.
