To: ‘Wow, I actually have a neck now’ 😂

Sometimes we don’t even realise how much tension we are holding and this was a prime example - just look at how high the right shoulder was due to tightness in the trap.

This tension was reduced in just 20 minutes!!

Reduced tension, increased balance and less discomfort 🪄

A few more days of my twenties and a few more followers - I thought it was time for a reintroduction ✨

I’m Emily, or Em (whatever tickles your fancy) - qualified sports massage therapist, veterinary physiotherapist and personal trainer….always learning 🤍

Having started my career in the veterinary world, i found a personal passion in helping people move and recover better and so Move + Mend with Em was born 🌱 This year has been particularly pivotal for me as I took the leap into being fully self-employed - and honestly, I wouldn’t change it for the world!

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me pushing myself at the gym, downing coffee or being bossed around by the needy sausage dog that rules my life 🐾

If you’re looking for support with your recovery, performance or just want to feel better and become the best version of you I’m here to help ✨

I will also be offering treatment packages and plans to help you get the best possible results from your sessions at a discounted cost!

📍 I’m also really pleased to share that I will be offering services from a new premises from May - watch this space 👀

‼️Due to this growth along with increases in supply costs there will be a small adjustment to my pricing which will take effect from 6th April ‼️

Any appointments already booked, or booked before this date, will be honoured at the current pricing 🤍

What a year 2025 has been for my little business - so many things achieved both with Move + Mend but also personally and I am so excited to see where the next year takes me ✨

A few little highlights:
- New horse and rider combination assessments 🐎
- Moved to Stafford and found a new clinic
- Completed a Sprint Triathlon and transitioned into bodybuilding
- Rebranded, created a website and a booking system (spent far too many hours on this) 😂
- Helped some incredible people

I am so grateful for everyone who has believed in me and my little business which has allowed it to flourish this year 🌱 I could not have done it without you.

2026 is going to be even better with lots of plans in the pipeline….keep your eyes peeled over the next few weeks for snippets of what’s to come 👀
