⨠Six months of Miracle Mind⦠and what a journey it has been. āØ
Six months ago, I left the NHS after 10 years.
Setting up Miracle Mind was daunting. There were so many questions, so many unknowns and, if Iām completely honest, moments where I wondered what on earth I was doing! š
But looking back now, I can see that taking that leap gave me something I didnāt expect.
Connection.
Iāve had the privilege of meeting and working alongside some amazing people and building some really strong, positive relationships. Iāve found creativity again. Iāve created a space where I can share ideas, explore new things and, most importantly, be myself.
And then there have been the groupsā¦
Weāve now run nearly 10 different groups, covering everything from confidence and mindfulness to facing fears, finding yourself and so much more. And there are already plenty more ideas bubbling away! š
For me, these groups have become one of the most exciting parts of Miracle Mind. Seeing people come together, share, reflect, learn and support one another has shown me just how powerful a supportive space can be.
And then came summer. āļø
For me, it was magical.
I gave myself permission to step back a little. I travelled. I went to concerts and festivals. I experienced things. I had space to breathe, think and work out what comes next.
When I first started Miracle Mind, my goals were quite simple:
1-1 sessions.
Groups.
But six months on, Iām realising that Miracle Mind can be so much more than that.
My experience has always been strongly rooted in mental health, and Iāve been fortunate to have opportunities coming up to continue learning and training, including developing my knowledge around coaching for physical health and areas such as chronic pain and fibromyalgia.
Behind the scenes, Iām also continuing to create something Iām really excited aboutā¦
šæ The Miracle Mind membership.
A space where you can get to know me a little more, dip in and out of wellbeing and self-discovery, explore materials in your own time and have somewhere to come back to whenever you need it.
And then thereās something elseā¦
š 2027 is the year Iāve committed to writing my book.
Iāve always been passionate about writing. It has always been on my list.
So Iām doing it.
Because perhaps thatās one of the biggest things this journey has taught me:
You donāt always need to have the whole plan.
Sometimes you just need to start.
Six months ago, I didnāt know exactly where Miracle Mind would take me.
I still donāt know exactly where itās going.
And actually⦠Iām okay with that.
Iām excited to see what comes next. ā¤ļø
And finally, thank you.
Whether youāve supported me on Facebook, read my quotes, booked a 1-1 session, joined one of my groups, shared something Iāve posted, recommended me to someone, or simply followed along with the journeyā¦
thank you.
You have all played a part in helping me build this.
Weāre creating something really supportive here ā and Miracle Mind is only just getting started. šæāØ
