"Nidra is a Sanskrit term meaning sleep, slumber, or rest. It represents the state of deep, dreamless sleep or unconscious rest.

Often used in the context of Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep"), it refers to the conscious, guided relaxation technique used to bridge waking and sleeping states"

Wether you join one of my Sound Baths, Yoga Nidras or a Sound Nidra, the effects are the same They are all designed to take you to a space of deep rest, the alpha theta border, a slower brainwave state which is a super healthy space to be in on a regular basis.

This deeply restorative state provides rapid, deep relaxation that can counteract fatigue, reduce stress, restore mental alertness, and boost energy.

It allows access to the subconscious which can help process repressed emotions and even reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Deep rest during this state can help to lessen the perception of chronic pain and accelerate physical recovery from illness.
