But did you know that you can help the flowers last longer with homeopathy? Pop an Arnica in the vase water and you’ll get longer lasting enjoyment of a beautiful bouquet or the flower that you cut from your garden.

Arnica heals trauma and shock…in this case, the trauma and shock of being cut from the plant that was providing sustenance.

I don’t live at the prettiest end of the Thames, but it was looking beautiful this morning. The King tide yesterday last happened in 1912, and I felt the pull of the tide today. Beside the water is my happy place…it grounds and calms me and fills my heart with joy.
