Happy Friday!
We wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who has visited our new Wild Sauna at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club* since we opened back in June.

We love our home at The Bay and are overjoyed to announce that the Sailing Club has invited us to stay! 🎉🙌🏻

You may have already noticed that we're making some improvements to our space and in the coming weeks we will have additional seating and our new cold plunge bath and custom built outdoor shower and waterfall bucket 'station' will be up and running which means everyone will have the chance of a cold fix, regardless of weather, tides, anxiety about dipping in open water (or jellyfish 🪼).

*You don't need to be a member of the sailing club (but membership is just £53 for the year and includes £30 credit to use in the bar PLUS there is a generous 25% sauna discount for members!)

Join Art Soup and The Wild Sauna co. for a relaxed evening at Dalgety Bay Sailing Club. Spend the first hour sketching the beautiful surroundings, hopefully outside if the weather allows! The second hour will be spend relaxing in the sauna, with exclusive use for the sketching group. If you’re brave enough, you can cool off in the sea just off the slipway at the beautiful Dalgety Bay Sailing Club Ltd .Why not enjoy a relaxed drink in the clubhouse after you’re finished? Book quickly to avoid disappointment as there are limited spaces for this event!

Join us Bay on Friday 28th August 6-8pm for this unique and special experience.
Have you ever noticed how dry or tight your face can be after your sauna session?
Join Vixi, The Holistic Therapist, for a fun workshop where you'll create your very own 'Youth Elixir Face Oil', that she's designed specifically, for after the sauna, to nourish and hydrate your skin.
You'll delve into the world of essential oils, discussing their unique notes, safety tips, perform your own smell tests with guidance on how to apply it and afterwards you'll have your very own oils to take home!
Once completed, you'll transition from the workshop into the heat of the Wild Sauna for a traditional Aufguss ritual.
As ice balls infused with pure essential oils melt upon the stones, the resulting loyly (steam) will be masterfully wafted through the air...
