My next Emergency First Aid at Work course is taking place on 24th June 2026 at the Flourish Hub in Heaton Chapel, Stockport.

This practical, hands-on course is ideal for anyone who needs a First Aid qualification, including managers, employees and those working within social enterprises.

Throughout the day, you'll learn how to:

✔️ Treat wounds, burns and fractures
✔️ Manage choking and unresponsive casualties
✔️ Carry out CPR and use a defibrillator with confidence
✔️ Recognise the signs of shock, heart attack and stroke
✔️ Understand essential workplace health and safety compliance

The aim is simple - to help you feel confident and prepared to step in when someone needs help.

So whilst I was away on holiday I was considering giving up my boxing classes because I have been struggling to fit my own personal fitness training into my week. On reflection I love boxing and I know my ladies benefit so much from these classes so I have decided to continue them but I'm changing my approach I'm going to teach how I did years ago I'm going to train alongside you. I want to get back into shape and improve my fitness in a fun and friendly environment. I'm on a course this week doing my hopi ear candling another treatment I'll be offering. So all classes will be back on next week and there will be benefits for regular attendees if you attend 5 classes consistently you will get your 6th class free 🥊🥰
