As founders of FÖRMÉ, we often find ourselves thinking about the people who haven’t booked that first class yet.
Not because they don’t want to…
But because something is holding them back.

When we opened FÖRMÉ in Bramhall almost a year ago, our goal was never simply to create another fitness studio. We wanted to create a place where people felt genuinely welcome from the moment they walked through the door.
A place where beginners feel comfortable.
A place where you never have to earn your place.
A place where confidence grows, one class at a time.
One year on, the words we hear most often in our reviews are welcoming, supportive and friendly. That means more to us than we can say.

As we celebrate our first birthday on Saturday 12th September, we’d love to welcome you. We’ll be running birthday classes throughout the morning, with refreshments, music and a few special touches to mark the occasion.
