What a weekend we just had.

was everything we hoped it would be and more. Thousands of athletes, from first-timers to seasoned pros, all taking on the same stunning course through the grounds of one of Britain's most iconic venues. The energy, the crowd, the atmosphere. Genuinely special.

It was Simon's first experience of a triathlon event, and it won't be his last. The mix of people there, families, dogs, club athletes, complete beginners having a go for the first time, is exactly the kind of community Uthful was built for.

1. Sauna & Ice Bath - Michael has both at home and tries to use them daily. They've become a huge part of his routine.

2. Movement - Some days it's the gym and weights. Some days it's just stretching or mobility. The older he gets, the more he realises it isn't optional.

3. Strength Work - He's not trying to break records, but all the evidence points to muscle deterioration as you age. He's just trying to stay strong. There's a difference.
