🌿💦 LADIES… OUR FIRST DIPS & TRIPS ADVENTURE! 💦🌿

This Sunday we’re heading out on our first venture to a beautiful hidden waterfall 😍

🚗 Around 20 minutes by car
🥾 Then a 45–60 minute walk (depending on our pace!)
💦 And at the end… a beautiful little waterfall & plunge pool waiting for us! 🥶💙

It’s going to be a proper little adventure — walking, exploring, dipping and hopefully lots of laughs along the way! 🥰

⚠️ A LITTLE HEADS UP: The walk to the waterfall involves uneven and sometimes challenging terrain, and there are sections where we’ll be walking through water. Please make sure you’re prepared with suitable footwear and clothing, and come ready for a little adventure! 🥾💦

We’ll do it together, take our time and nobody is being rushed. It’s all about enjoying the experience, looking out for each other and having fun! ❤️

🚗 CAR SHARING: There isn't much of a car park, its more of a layby and is VERY small, so I’d really suggest car sharing where possible.

📍 I’m happy to meet everyone who wants to come along at the Co-op car park at 8am this Sunday, and we can head over together.

I’m unable to commit to an organised dip this weekend due to family plans. I may be able to do one last minute if my plans change, so keep an eye on the page! 👀

And the following week… we’ve got an adventure, a hike and a hidden waterfall planned. 🥾🌿💦

A beautiful evening and a little dip together. 💙🌊

We welcomed three new faces to Dips & Trips last night, and what a lovely evening it was. ✨

I created this group to give women a space where they can feel safe, welcomed and comfortable—a place to come together, try something different, build connections and simply take some time for themselves. 🤍

Whether you come for the cold water, the chats, the laughter, the connection—or simply to be around supportive women—you’ll always be welcome. 🫶

There is never any pressure to get in either. Sometimes, simply showing up is enough. 💙

I’ve never got out of a dip wishing I hadn’t gone in, and I hope you all have a beautiful week ahead. 💙

You've asked for somewhere colder... so I've listened! 😈❄️

This Sunday we're swapping our usual spot for the beautifully chilly Rivelin Plunge Pool. It's shady, it's refreshing, and yes... you'll probably question your life choices for about 10 seconds. 😂

Then comes the magic... that incredible buzz, the laughs, and the "I can't believe I actually did that!" feeling.

Come and wake up your body, clear your mind, and earn those post-dip bragging rights. 💪💙

No pressure... but don't be the one hearing about how amazing it was afterwards! 😉
