Sports Massage + Cupping Therapy ✨

Had a lovely client in the clinic on Sunday for a sports massage and cupping session.

Treatment focused on releasing tension at the lower back, using cupping therapy to help improve blood flow, reduce tightness and support recovery.

Cupping can be really effective for breaking down muscle tension, improving mobility and speeding up recovery — especially if you’re feeling tight or run down.

Regular treatments can help prevent injury and keep your body moving properly.
