Who’s turned the lights off😂😂

Honestly, how have we gone from summer evenings, BBQs and sitting outside with a brew… to DARK mornings & DARK nights again?! 🌙🙈

Feels like summer was about 5 minutes ago!

And that’s the scary thing… how fast has this year gone😳

Before we know it, we’ll be saying goodbye to 2026 and shouting HELLO 2027! 🎉

Although, technically, it was more of a colour boost this time as I only had mine done last year.

I’m off to my best friend’s wedding reception on Saturday and I’ve got TWO dresses that I absolutely LOVE… and now I can’t decide which one to wear! 😂🙈

So I’m handing the decision over to you lovely lot…

23 years ago, and 5 stone heavier, I wouldn’t have felt good in either of them.

I wouldn’t have felt confident enough to wear them, let alone stand here asking you lot to help me choose! 🥹

That’s why this is about so much more than which dress I pick on Saturday. ❤️

Sometimes we don’t realise just how much can change until we look back at the person we used to be.

This is something I am so passionate about especially after recently hearing about some really worrying statistics about the rising obesity in children.
I love that Slimming World encourages healthy habits that members can take home to their whole family AND that their families are seeing those benefits♥️
