Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️. good luck to all our future Generation and good luck to all the parents too !

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.

This morning 🌄 i had a lovely surprise one of my members from Audley pm group’s came to visit me.
At my new Milton groups so I could give him his new target and 7 and half stone award super proud of Richard Toft 👏 I got him to his 6 stone before I moved and he was 4lb of target then so I missed out on giving him.
But now he as lowered it and wanted this new award I got to give him this made my morning 🌄 thank you 😊 ###
