There is a beautiful and powerful energetic connection between a parent and child.
From the moment a child enters our world, they are deeply connected to us — not only physically, but emotionally and energetically.
Our children can be incredibly sensitive to the energy around them.
They can sense when we are anxious.
They can feel when we are overwhelmed.
They can pick up on our fears, our sadness and our emotional struggles — sometimes without us ever saying a word.
And sometimes, the emotional wounds we carry from our own past can unknowingly influence the energetic environment our children grow up within.
