This weekend I am at the Fire Service College for the Firefighters challenge giving sports massage to the competitors 💪🔥
100% of the proceeds will be given to The Fire Fighters Charity 🙌
The Fire Fighters Charity played a massive part in my recovery when I tore my ACL & MCL in my knee & needed surgery to get me back to work again 💪
