Such excitement today as my first ever home-grown dahlia has started flowering 😍

Playa de Blanca (see first photo) is a beautiful white cactus style flower and will soon be producing new blooms every few days!

I'm excited by this and everything else now flowering and I think I'll soon have enough variety to start arranging my JARS OF JOY for you 🌸🌼🩷

A little jar. A few fresh flowers. A moment of calm for you using the 'flower gazing practice' I'll be attaching to each jar.

The first of my 'Jars of Joy' 🥰

The Dahlias, more Zinnias, Snapdragons and Cosmos will be flowering soon so I had time today to create a practice jar using what is beginning to bloom in my garden.

I'll soon be selling Jars of Joy at weekends, partly raising funds for the NHS Cancer Wellbeing Centres charity fund where I work at Ipswich and Colchester hospitals, helping local people live well with or beyond cancer.
