🐴 **A quick reminder for all clients** 🐴

To ensure your horse gets the maximum benefit from their treatment session, horses must be clean and completely dry before I arrive.

With the weather being so unpredictable at the moment, if you have an early morning appointment, please consider bringing your horse into the stable overnight or rugging where possible. This helps avoid cancellations and ensures treatments can be carried out effectively.

I completely understand that the weather can change unexpectedly, and I'm always happy to rearrange appointments when conditions aren't suitable. There is no charge providing the appointment is moved to another date.

Even if your horse is dry, I also need access to a dry treatment area, such as a stable or barn, as the Hofmag equipment must be kept dry throughout the session.

Now a lot of us are asking a lot more of our horses with the better weather and longer days, it also means I’m seeing a lot more tension in neck & head areas.
It’s so important to ensure we are warming up and taking our time with fitness work.

With work load increasing i often get asked how far will i travel?

So as a rough idea day to day i cover 20 mile radius of B80, however i do travel further afield.
This will incur an additional travel charge for the extra mileage, or if there are 4 + horses on the same yard i can often forego the fuel charge if you are within 35-40 miles of B80.

But i will always let you know the cost before confirming your booking so you know exactly what your costs will be.
