One of my favourite things about my job is that the chats with my clients are about so much more than muscles and massage. 😊

We end up talking about healthy eating, working out, and just looking after ourselves. I love those conversations!

Running your own business will teach you more about yourself than it will about the business itself.

It's an incredibly humbling journey and one thing I've realized is this: your business can't grow without you growing into the better version of you first. It demands a better, more refined version of you every step of the way.

We're all competitive in our own ways, but if you've been on your path long enough, you'll truly understand what "it's me vs. me" means.
