It is about helping you feel calm, informed, confident and supported throughout pregnancy, labour and birth.

My hypnobirthing courses are designed to help you understand what your body is doing during labour, how to work with your body rather than against it, and how to reduce fear and tension so you can approach birth feeling more relaxed and in control.

During our sessions, you will learn things such as:
