I love that The Circle - Swadlincote Family Support Centre are filling a box for the food bank. If any of my lovely clients want to donate a tin just give it to me before we start our session and I’ll pop it in the box.

Yesterday felt like a mini one day holiday.

My favourite swim spot was so clear me and my son loved spotting all the fish as we swam.

Today felt Monday-ish but I’m not going to let looming September steal my last week of August (but I’m probably not going to do anything productive for the rest of the day either)

This weeks Friday champion is Donna! Nominated by Claire, who wanted to make sure we knew just how brilliant Donna has been while supporting her at home.

Claire told us she “can’t thank Donna enough”. She described Donna as a “real grafter” helping her with home organisation and said having her support has been a huge weight off her shoulders. ❤️

Sometimes, the biggest impact comes from simply having the right person alongside you. Donna’s hard work, encouragement and dedication have made a real difference to Claire.

Just been for a 2 hour swim at Ashby Lido.

I’m cold now. I haven’t been cold in months.

It’s glorious.
