A Sunday afternoon sound healing session for The Zen Academy ‘s gorgeous Women's Healing & Empowerment Retreat Day at Berry Farm.

Thank you so much for having me as a part of your retreat day Joanne, it was an honour to create a space of sound and reiki with you to end your day.

The group held such a calm, welcoming energy and I truly loved connecting with everyone. My heart is full of gratitude. Each individual had such warm, inviting, powerful energy.

A lovely group of women to share space and sound with.

The sun was shining, the barns natural lighting was stunning and the energy flowed so beautifully.

A Sunday afternoon I'II remember forever. ♥️

Honoured to bring sound healing to Joanne’s beautiful retreat in July at the gorgeous Berry Farm. 🕊️

Sometimes rest is not the whole answer.

You can book the day off.
Go somewhere beautiful.
Take the walk.
Have the quiet morning.
Tell yourself you just need to slow down.

And maybe you do.

But sometimes, even when you finally stop, the thoughts are still running.

The overthinking.
The responsibilities.
The roles you have been holding.
The stories you have carried for so long, you are no longer sure which ones really belong to you.

That is why Flourish is not just another lovely retreat day.

It is not a collection of practices placed into a beautiful setting.

It is a deeply held journey through the mental, emotional, physical and energetic layers of you — because real reconnection does not happen in one part of us alone.

A space where your nervous system can settle.
Where your body can stop bracing.
Where your mind can quieten.
Where your heart can begin to speak again.

On Sunday 5th July, Flourish: Journey Back to the Heart comes to Berry Farm, Cirencester.

A countryside women’s retreat day created for the woman who is ready to step out of the noise, soften what she has been carrying, and hear herself clearly again.

The day includes cacao, meditation, movement, coaching around people-pleasing and boundaries, Reiki, sound healing, inner child healing and womb healing.

Not to become someone new.

To come back to the woman underneath the roles.

I’ll also be supported by two beautiful practitioners who will be helping me hold the energy of the day.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga will be guided by Holly from Health & Fitness with Holly, bringing gentle movement, grounding and a beautiful embodied energy to help you arrive back into your body.

✨ Sound healing will be held by Ellie from For the Love of Ells Sound Therapy, creating a deeply soothing sound journey to support rest, release and integration.

This is part of what makes Flourish feel so deeply held — it is not just about the practices themselves, but the safety, sensitivity and care woven through the whole experience.
