Hello!! As you my know I had taken a bit of time out whilst I started a new challenge! BUT I AM BACK. Bit of a change to my previous hours. Clinic will still be in the same place the home of the lovely but my hours will be on a Monday evening only. January appointments are currently limited whislt I have been fitting in all my lovely regulars but please do pop me a message if you would like an appointment and I will see what I can do! Looking forward to getting back down to business!

This little beauty has arrived!! Proud moment - there have been times over the past few years where its felt like endless assignments, practical assignments and revision but we got there! Its been a blast though and have loved every minute of studying.

What it means for you guys is I have more than a basic understanding of sports massage and the specific sports massage techniques, leading to a better treatment for you with better longer lasting outcomes - win win I say!!

🍀Good Luck to all those running the London Marathon 2024 today!🍀 No matter your time enjoy the experience. I watch every year and every year I enter the ballot but haven’t been lucky enough to secure a place yet! Its on the bucket list!
