Some things I will never stop saying.
I work with women who are exhausted by all the nutrition noise.
Women trying to be smaller instead of stronger.
Women spending hundreds on supplements before looking at what’s actually on their plate.
Women letting food take up so much headspace that there’s nothing left for the people and things they love.
These are the hills I will die on.
Not because I’m judging anyone’s choices, but because I’ve seen what happens when women get the basics right.
More energy.
More consistency.
More confidence around food.
More room in their lives for things that matter far more than calories, macros and the number on the scales.
If you’re done with overcomplicated nutrition, follow along.
Real food. Real life. No nonsense.
🌿 Save this if one of these hit home.
Which of these nutrition hills would you add to the list?
