Exciting update 🥳

Red Light Therapy for Horses 💜

I’m really excited to share that I’ve recently passed my Red Light Therapy course, which I can now offer alongside my equine sports massage treatments 🐴

Red light therapy is a non-invasive, pain-free treatment that can help to:
🔸️Support muscle recovery
🔸 Reduce inflammation
🔸 Improve circulation
🔸 Aid healing of soft tissue
🔸 Promote relaxation and comfort

When combined with massage, red light therapy can be a great addition for horses in regular work, older horses, or those needing a little extra support with stiffness or recovery.

If you’d like to know more or are interested in booking, feel free to message me for a chat – I’m always happy to talk through what might suit your horse best 💜

🐴 Why I love equine massage 🐴

One of my favourite parts of equine massage is watching a horse visibly relax — the lowered head, soft eyes, licking and chewing.

Every horse carries their own story in their body, whether that’s from work, age, previous injuries or day-to-day tension.

I love taking the time to listen to what their body is telling me and helping them feel more comfortable and move more freely.

For me, it’s treating the whole horse, physically and emotionally 🐴💜

✨ 3 signs your horse may benefit from massage (even if they seem “fine”) ✨

🐴 Stiffness when warming up
If your horse takes a while to loosen up, feels uneven on one rein, or struggles to stretch, tight muscles could be playing a part.

🐴 Behaviour changes
Things like girthiness, tail swishing, reluctance to bend, or being “grumpy” when tacked up can sometimes be linked to muscle discomfort. Or just not feeling themselves!

🐴 Uneven muscle development
Horses often compensate without us realising, which can lead to one side becoming tighter or more developed than the other.

Equine massage isn’t just for competition horses — it can be really beneficial for happy hackers, golden oldies💛, and those in regular work to help support comfort, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

If you have any questions or just want to know whether massage might be suitable for your horse, feel free to pop me a message, I’m always happy to chat 💜🐴

Hi Everyone 😁
I’ve realised it’s been a long time since I last posted on this page.

After qualifying as an equine massage therapist, I made a conscious decision not to rush into heavy advertising.

Instead, I wanted to take time to build my confidence, gain hands-on experience, continue learning, and make sure I was offering a calm, thoughtful, horse-first service.

Over the past year I’ve been quietly working with horses, refining my techniques, and developing my approach so that when I do advertise again, I feel confident in the care I’m providing. I strongly believe that every horse deserves individual attention and that trust is earned, not rushed.
I’m now ready to start taking on new clients and would love to support horses with general muscle tension, stiffness, post-work recovery, or simply helping them feel more comfortable in their bodies.

If you’d like to know more, ask questions, or have a chat about whether massage could benefit your horse, please feel free to message me — I’m always happy to talk things through.
Thank you for your patience and support 🤍
