How am I different from other therapists out there? I use an integrative approach of Cognitive Behavioural

Therapy, Solution Focused theory and Hypnosis. By using a combination of treatments, I am able to treat the problem quickly, reduce the chance of relapse and achieve the best possible outcomes. I have a background in Mental Health Nursing, with thousands of hours of working with patients. When I'm not seeing clients at my practice, I work part time as a High Intensity Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in a local therapy service.
