Clinic Update ❕

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to close my Stafford clinic, which means I’ll no longer be offering appointments from this location.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, because I’ve genuinely loved working with all of my Stafford clients and being part of your health and wellbeing journeys. I’m so grateful for every person who has trusted me with their care and supported my business.

A big thank you to and for their support.

The good news is that I’ll still be offering my services from my Wellington clinic in Telford, so if you’re happy to travel, I’d absolutely love to continue working with you there.

For those of you who won’t be able to make the journey, I completely understand, and I just want to say a huge thank you for your support. It has honestly meant the world.

Thank you again for being part of my journey, and I hope to see many of you again soon.

10lb lost in 10 weeks all whilst eating more food than when we started 🤯

There’s a common misconception that less food means quicker weight loss, but this lovely client has proved how wrong that can be. We are still having an off plan meal a week to enjoy social gatherings and even with that, the scales are dropping and body recomposition has been insane so far 💪🏼

More energy, a better understanding of hormones and improved sleep 🤩

Even when life got in the way, we have been smashing steps, gym sessions and getting the food in. I am so incredibly proud of you 🫶🏻

Don’t believe everything you see on social media 👀 it’s amazing what a bit of posing/lighting can do!

Same body, seconds apart, just a different pose.

Social media is full of posed, filtered, perfectly timed photos that can make “normal” bodies seem abnormal. They’re not.

As a PT and sports massage therapist, I can tell you this: a healthy body isn’t one that looks flexed 24/7. Bodies soften. They crease. They carry body fat. That’s perfectly normal. Hormones, stress, heat, nutrition to name but a few, are factors that can impact you throughout the day.

So the next time you catch yourself comparing your body to a photo online, remember—you have no idea what happened behind that image.

Your body was made to move, not to look posed all day. 🤍

Feet hot and swollen following the recent heatwave?

A simple trick - elevate your feet for 5-10 minutes. This draws the fluid back into nearby lymph nodes and into the circulatory system more effectively which reduces that swelling ✨

For best results, combine with gentle walking, staying hydrated, avoiding long periods of sitting down and calf raises.

✨ CLIENT PROGRESS - MAJA ✨

This gorgeous woman started with me a little while ago now where it was tricky to remain consistent initially due to several factors including Maja’s injury and ADHD. This is where communication was vital and we finally found the right plan to support her goals 💪🏼

Since then huge progress has been made where Maja gets her early morning workouts in before work which sets her up for the day and is regularly training 5 x a week! ⭐️

Not only have we made a huge dent in what we set out to achieve which was to become stronger, leaner and more confident but we have built habits that allow consistency with the plan which equals greater growth and success in the long run 🌱 💫

Confidence in the gym was always something that Maja has struggled with previously but now I get regular updates in her latest clothing additional following a shopping haul 😂 you can follow her progress here littlegymbug
