Yoga & Sauna will return in October, Iain is just taking a break for holidays and some other commitments.

Wherever possible, we are now aiming to operate when the tide is higher than the 2.0m mark, which we think is the best window for dipping at Castletown when the conditions allow.

Always check & assess conditions yourself, and a polite reminder that sea swimming is at your own risk.

September's on its way, and here is what's coming up🌊

Open every weekend, Friday–Sunday! Please check the booking page for opening times as they shift with the tide, we are now aiming to operate only when the tide is above the 2m mark (which we find optimal for Castletown dooks when the conditions allow 😊🌊).

Plus a proper exciting line-up of collabs & events:

10:00–13:30 (£55, 2hr surf lesson with North Coast Watersports + sauna; ages 12–16 must be accompanied by an adult)

Welcoming Gui - our first team member & Sauna Host! Very excited to announce you'll now see him heping out some weekends! 🙌🏼

Gui found Thurso & Caithness on his travels from Brazil, and loved it so much he and his wife decided to settle here and start a family! He loves the people, space, nature, and lifestyle of the far North, and now is excited to be a part of bringing heat & wellness to people through sauna.

The last few weeks he's been learning the wild sauna logistics, and how to use ice & oils for our Aufguss taster experience during sessions - so he will bring the same friendly welcome, advice, and sauna experience that you are all used to!

"I love the joy the sauna, outdoors, and nature bring to people! Seeing the smiles on faces in the sauna is really cool, and I am excited to be part of giving people this experience!"

Thank you Gui, it's great start building a team and making Sauna more regular, flexible, and accessible to people!

What an absolute pleasure hosting the ladies yesterday as part of their Womans Health day ☺️🔥🌱 Thank you for coming to finish your day at our wild sauna, soak up the view with some hot & cold, and even enjoy a cuppa round the fire after! Such a bonnie day too 🌊☀️

Always love working with clubs, groups, or charities for special events!

We have sessions for any group size or occasion.

Private sessions with flexible pricing for 4, 6, or 8 people. For 8+ we can do back-to-back sessions.

For any charities or those with restricted funding, we can also chat about dedicating one of our monthly community sessions to your cause!
