t women die while giving birth, and most of these deaths are avoidable as compared to united states of America where only one in 4,800obtains . In nigeria women die due to whole lots of complications in pregnancy, child birth or post partum peroid which in most cases are caused by poor health at conception and lack of adequate care needed for healthy outcome of the pregnancy for the women and there babies. Pregnancy and child bearing should be a thing of joy for the mother but rather is becoming a nightmare and a thing of pain to so many women in our country and most rural areas
