So the last 6 months have been full of big decisions, hard work and big changes but we're finally there and I'm so proud of the final result.

Whilst The Courthouse, Llwynypia has provided me the space to build the business, to meet and work with the most lovely and amazing people. I now finally get to bring my business home to Tonyrefail.

Welcome to my new space.....'.Y Noddfa' (The Sanctuary) I look forward to sharing it with you all. I hope you love it as much as I do. Thank you to all who have supported and encouraged me over the last 5 years to be my true self. I will be eternally grateful. Much love & blessings. ❤️

We are so pleased to be welcoming a beautiful new service to Lean on Me 💙

The lovely Lynette from Radiance Holistic Therapies will now be working alongside us, offering holistic support to help individuals navigate grief, trauma and emotional wellbeing.

At Lean on Me, we know that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Sometimes support looks like conversation. Sometimes it looks like movement. And sometimes it looks like gentle, therapeutic space to simply breathe.

Lynette’s calm, compassionate approach aligns so perfectly with our mission, to support children, young people and adults in our community with care, understanding and dignity.
