I’ve come to realise that readiness isn’t something we find.
 
It’s something we choose.
 
The moment we say:
“Yes. This is what I want.”
“Yes. This is the direction I’m moving.”
“Yes. I am willing to take the next step.”
 
Something shifts.
 
The fear doesn’t disappear.
We don’t suddenly know how everything will unfold…

But we’ve stopped waiting for permission.
 
We’ve chosen.

It’s..

a choice to trust yourself.
a choice to move anyway.
a choice to take the next step, despite not knowing exactly where it would lead.

I’ve found the below👇🏼 to be a helpful way to frame the stages of inner work. It is, of course, more nuanced and individualised in real life, and we may return to the same stage time again 🌱🌀

1. AWAKENING
Realising patterns, expanding awareness. Can be empowering but uncomfortable - can’t go back to un-seeing but may still use familiar ways of coping. Space where awareness slowly becomes choice ✨

2. DISRUPTION / LIMINAL STAGE
Old identity dissolving, but the new one not fully stabilised. We can sit here for a while - feeling internally different but externally unchanged. Questioning identity or direction, feeling ‘between worlds’ ✨

3. INTEGRATION / EMBODIMENT
Living from the new awareness more consistently. More grounded, insights are not just visited, you start to live from them more naturally - pause before reacting, nervously system has more space, the patterns loses some of the grip. Less over-thinking, less tolerance for dynamics that drain you ✨

4. ALIGNMENT
Life structures reorganise around the authentic self. Your inner identity stabilises, your external life often naturally begins to reflect it - continued clarity about what you want, practical steps when opportunities appear, patience with timing, trusting your inner compass is now reliable ✨

What I practice - it isn’t about fixing. Its NOT about becoming ‘perfect’, just more integrated 🌼

One of the most disorienting stages of inner work that I witness with clients and felt in my own journey is when awareness starts to deepen… but life hasn’t quite caught up yet.

You begin to see things more clearly.
Your patterns.
Your reactions.
The ways you protect yourself.

And once you see them, you can’t really unsee them.

This is often where we become frustrated with ourselves: “If I’m aware of this now, why am I still doing it?”

But awareness and change rarely happen at the same speed.

Insight happens in moments.

Embodiment happens through practice.

Learning how to live what you see often looks like:

• Slowing down enough to notice the pattern in real time rather than only afterwards
• Meeting yourself with honesty instead of judgement when old reactions appear
• Creating small new choices rather than expecting instant transformation
• Allowing your nervous system time to adapt to new ways of responding
• Practicing compassion for the parts of you that learned these patterns for a reason

This is the quieter side of awakening.

Not the big realisations…but the everyday moments where awareness slowly becomes lived change.

The middle stage is often where the real work begins.

And that process deserves patience.

If you are, you’re not doing it wrong. Awakening isn’t just about seeing it clearly. It’s about learning how to live what you see and bridging the gap between awareness and embodiment.

Since introducing myself the other day, a few people messaged saying they resonated with the phrase “feeling the call to awaken”

‘The call’ can feel strong, but I realise something.. for a lot of us, this call doesn’t always arrive in a dramatic way.

It can look like:

• Feeling restless in a life that once felt fine
• Becoming more aware of your patterns and no longer wanting to ignore them
• A deeper sensitivity to what feels true… and what doesn’t
• A longing for more honesty, depth, and connection
• Realising that insight alone isn’t enough anymore, you want to take action and live it

Awakening is really about the slow remembering of who you already are, beneath the noise.

And sometimes we just need a little support walking that path ❤️‍🔥

There are a few new faces here and that feels really special… so I wanted to say hello 🤍👋🏼

I’m Charlotte, a humble student of life walking my own path of unraveling and remembering.

I work with women and men who feel the quiet (or not so quiet!) call to awaken ❤️‍🔥 The ones who sense something shifting.
Who know they can’t quite go back to who they were.
Who feel ready to live in deeper alignment with who they’re becoming.

I walk alongside people who are ready to meet themselves more honestly.

To look at the habits, patterns and protections that once kept them safe… and gently ask if they still fit.
To build a steadier relationship with their nervous system.
To soften. To expand. To integrate.

A lot of my work is around plant medicine — supporting you through preparation, ceremony and the real, everyday integration that follows 🍄

And I also work with people who ✨aren’t ✨ journeying with medicine, but feel called to this depth of inner work.

At its heart, it’s about closing the gap between insight and action.

So many of us know… but living it is something else entirely.

Really, it’s about becoming who you already know you are.

It’s an honour to witness the courage this takes — the subtle shifts that slowly become profound change.
