LITTLE NOTICE for my lovely clients and followers… 💚

As many of you know, throughout the school holidays my clinic hours are much more limited, as I’m juggling clinic life around my boys and school holidays. This means availability is very restricted over the summer, and once these appointments are gone, there won’t be many opportunities to squeeze extra dates in.

• 27th August (2 spaces left)
• 3rd September (10:30-5:30)
• 4th September (FULL)

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your health is slow down 😌

In a world where we’re constantly rushing, and some… taking time to regulate our nervous system isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. Something I’ve been trying to make time for at points this year, where I can.

Today I visited SUKU Sauna in Towcester and it was exactly what my nervous system needed. From the moment I arrived with my freind, the space felt calm, clean and welcoming. There were lovely changing facilities and also lockers so you can fully switch off and be present.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or simply in need of a reset (especially before the school holidays start), this is an experience I’d highly recommend.
