NHS GP PATIENT SURVEY 2026 REPORT
Thank you to all those patients who completed the Annual GP Patient Survey earlier this year.
94% of patients who completed the survey described their overall experience of this Practice as good/very good.
As a comparison, this puts the Practice in the top 5% nationally, 3rd in the whole of the Central East ICB (265 practices),and top in the locality.
The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
We appreciate the sample across each Practice is small, but our result builds up on our 90% in 2025 and also similar results in the Practice's own monthly Friends and Family Test survey.
A huge thank you to all our staff for the hard work they put in every day to ensure we can deliver the best patient care possible with the resources provided.
Notwithstanding, we are continuously looking to improve every thing we do, and would also encourage patients to join our Patient Paticipations Groups to help with this.
