It’s World Menopause Day - do something fabulous!! For me, my sparkly red boots, red coat, red cardie, red lippy and ‘we can do it’ jumpsuit are out and on display.

Peri and Meno can be tough but revel in the fabulousness of getting older too!!! Do you and if you’re not sure who that is, remember to not give too many f@@.

Interesting correlation between post menopausal killer whales (yes they go through menopause too) and keeping their lads out of trouble. I would have to include my girl as well as my boy though 😂.

Some of the lesser thought of symptoms of peri and menopause from Menopauae Matters. How many can you tick ?😂

Maybe we need to create a positive one too like ‘give less f…s what I wear’ or ‘feeling the urge to climb hills’
