When your transitions turn the class around…
Transitions are the moves which connect 2 exercises together creating a sequence or flow. Transitions are powerful moves as they often involving moving your full body weight or several large muscle groups at once. Although they primarily allow you to move between moves they also increase your strength, mobility and flexibility.
