When your transitions turn the class around…

Transitions are the moves which connect 2 exercises together creating a sequence or flow. Transitions are powerful moves as they often involving moving your full body weight or several large muscle groups at once. Although they primarily allow you to move between moves they also increase your strength, mobility and flexibility.

Pilates STRONG 💪 We’ve been working on building muscle latey to protect our joints, prevent atrophy and promote muscular endurance. Lifting weights (including your own body) is vital as we age. Adding weights to your Pilates workout is a great way to do it! Here is my Saturday morning class. All complete superstars!
