By combining many years of experience coaching groups of women and then one to one clients with bespoke coaching, making use of my arts background, nutritional therapy, dance teacher, holistic therapy and One Of Many coaching tools

, I empower my clients to find new ways to bring more joy and confidence into their lives. She's Got Guts® was started to promote greater wellbeing through supporting our gut microbiome. This also includes coaching around mindset. When we are able to let go of past events and limiting beliefs that are holding us back from living a life we really want, we are free to experience greater happiness, confidence and success. Since 2012 I have run self development courses with small creative groups of women. Enabling them to let go of limiting beliefs and start building the life they really want. In 2019 I trained as a nutritional therapist as I became increasingly interested in the connection between gut health and the effect on our overall wellbeing. I have introduced many clients to my 21 day gut reset programme as part of their journey to elite health and greater wellbeing. Also Certified in the Science of Wellbeing, that uses positive psychology and science based evidence to teach us to gain more happiness. The final piece of the jigsaw was qualifying as a One Of Many Coach. The programme they offer has allowed me to bring all my skills together and offer exceptional quality coaching with tools that get results. With all the experience I have I take a holistic approach to your life and can tailor a package to your individual needs. Let go of disempowering habits and learn new behaviours to grow inner confidence and experience greater wellbeing. Confidence isn't something you either have or you don't.

I used to think it was. I used to look at women who seemed completely at ease with themselves and think — they've got something I haven't.

What I've learned — through my own life and through years of working with women — is that confidence is a practice. It's built in small acts, repeated consistently, over time.

Not grand gestures. Not big leaps. Small ones.

Saying what you actually think in a conversation. Choosing yourself instead of shrinking. Doing the thing you've been putting off for one small step — not the whole journey, just one step.

Every time you do something that feels a little scary and survive it, your nervous system gets the message: I am safe. I can do this.

Here's something to try today: identify one small thing you've been avoiding out of fear. Not the biggest thing — the smallest. And do just that one thing.

Courage isn't the absence of fear. It's choosing to move anyway.

What's one small courageous act you could take today? 👇

Here's something I want you to know about the patterns that are keeping you stuck:
They made sense once.
The people pleasing. The shrinking. The putting everyone else first. The feeling that your needs don't really matter as much as everyone else's.
At some point in your life those patterns were how you kept yourself safe. How you kept the peace. How you kept the love coming. They weren't weaknesses — they were adaptations.
But you're not that girl anymore. And what kept you safe then is keeping you small now.
One of the most powerful moments I witness in my work is when a woman realises — really realises — that she's not broken. She's just been running an old programme on new hardware.
Think about one pattern you keep seeing in yourself that frustrates you. Now ask — when did I first learn to do this? Who taught me, even if they didn't mean to?
Understanding where it came from doesn't excuse it. But it does make it possible to change.
Does any of this resonate with you? 👇

For some reason I completely missed the announcement when I was awarded Holistic Health and Wellness Coach of the Year 2025!! So now I get to share this award that means a huge amount to me in recognising the work I have been doing for many years and how She's Got Guts® has been improving my clients health and wellbeing.

There's a conversation I have with almost every woman I work with, usually in the first session.

I ask her what she wants to change. She tells me. Then I ask — so what's stopping you?

And after a pause, almost every time, the answer is some version of: "I don't know. I just can't seem to make myself do it."

Here's what I've learned: we don't get stuck because we're lazy or lacking willpower. We get stuck because somewhere beneath the surface there's a story running. A belief we picked up a long time ago that says we're not quite enough, not quite ready, not quite worthy of the thing we want.

Most of us don't even know the story is there. We just feel its effects.

Try this: write down one thing you keep saying you want but haven't moved toward. Then finish this sentence honestly — 'If I actually go for this, I'm afraid that...'

Don't edit it. Don't judge it. Just let it come.

What comes up is usually the story. And seeing it clearly is the first step to rewriting it.

What does your inner critic tell you most often? You don't have to share — but if you want to, I'm here 👇

Can I tell you what I'm tired of seeing?

Women who have spent years — sometimes decades — starting diets on Mondays. Doing well for a few weeks. Then one bad day sends everything off course and they're back at square one, convinced the problem is them.

It was never them. It was the diet.

Any approach to eating that relies on willpower, restriction and rules is always going to fail eventually. Because life happens. Stress happens. Celebrations happen. And none of that fits neatly into a plan.

What actually works — and what I've seen transform women's health completely — is learning to eat in a way that feels natural, flexible and genuinely enjoyable. Food that heals without feeling like punishment.

Here's a reframe to try: instead of asking 'is this allowed?' ask 'does this nourish me?'

That one question shifts everything. It puts you back in charge. And it starts to build a relationship with food that's built on care rather than control.

What would eating without rules feel like for you? 👇

It's not always the obvious things that are draining you.

Most women I work with have already given up the big stuff — the alcohol, the processed food, the late nights. They've done the hard visible work.

But they're still exhausted. Still bloated. Still wondering why nothing is changing.

Often it comes down to the quiet culprits. The things we'd never think to question.

Eating on the go. Not chewing properly. Drinking coffee on an empty stomach. Eating at the same time as scrolling or working. Going too long without eating and then grabbing whatever's there.

None of these feel dramatic. But they add up. And they quietly tell your gut that it's not safe to relax and digest.

This week, try just one thing: sit down to eat one meal a day with no screen, no distraction, no rushing. Just you and your food.

It sounds simple. The results might surprise you.

What's one habit you suspect might be quietly working against you? 👇

Can I ask you something honestly?

When did you last do something just for you — without feeling guilty about it?

I ask because one of the most common things I hear from the women I work with is this:

"I know what I need to do. I just can't seem to make myself do it."

And here's what I want you to know — that's not weakness. That's not laziness. That's a pattern. And patterns have a root.

Most of us are running on a story we wrote about ourselves a long time ago. A story that says we're not quite enough. Not brave enough, not worthy enough, not ready enough.

Here's a simple but powerful exercise:

Write down the one change you keep saying you want to make but haven't yet.

Then ask yourself honestly — what am I actually afraid will happen if I do?

Sit with the answer. Don't judge it. Just look at it.

That fear — right there — is usually the thing that's been running the show.

Naming it is the first act of courage. And courage, in my experience, is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it gets.

If you're ready to stop going around in circles and start making real, lasting change — I'd love to have a conversation.

What's the one thing you keep putting off? You don't have to share — but if you want to, I'm listening 👇

Something I’ve been quietly working on for a while is finally ready — and I’m so excited to share it with you. 🌿

The She’s Got Guts® Archetype Quiz is live!

It’s free, it takes about 3 minutes, and it might just show you something about yourself you’ve never quite been able to put into words.

This isn’t your typical personality quiz. It’s built around five powerful feminine archetypes — each one with her own unique strengths, gifts and way of moving through the world. But here’s where it gets really interesting. Each archetype also carries a shadow saboteur — the hidden pattern that quietly shows up when you’re stressed, stuck or running on empty.

Knowing your archetype is powerful. Knowing your shadow is transformational.
At the end you’ll receive a personalised email sequence written just for you and your archetype — because what you need to hear isn’t the same as what the woman next to you needs to hear.

Click the link, take the quiz and then come back and tell me in the comments — which woman are you? 👇

I’ll be watching to see which archetypes show up! 🌿
