I’m excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I’m now offering bespoke massage sessions locally in Mount Hawke at Affinity Acupuncture and Wellbeing centre.

My aim is to create a calm, welcoming space where busy women — especially active mums — can slow down, relax, and recharge. Each session is tailored to you and may include relaxation techniques, gentle breathing, and deeply restorative massage.
