Caring for someone you love can sometimes feel lonely, so we’ve created a relaxed space where you can take a little time for yourself, meet other carers who understand, enjoy a chat over coffee and cake, and hear from guest professionals who can offer practical advice and support.

So ....they say variety is the spice of life !! My visitors from SMILE Children’s Charity were certainly up for variety yesterday .
First up was a great girl who I suggested should be called supergirl 💕 as she just never stops. She pushed herself out her comfort zone and hadxa crystal mask on afyer she tried head massage for thd first time. She teamed it with her favourite Japanese Hand Massage and told me she frlt soooo relaxed 😌
Next up came another lovely lady who had a go at cupping and a little bit of reiki and sound.. I hope she slept well last night 😴
Last up a really nice man came for his first try of Kinetic Chain Release and im hoping that today he is feeling some relief today .
