💙 CW Home Support is growing! 💙

Today we welcomed our second member of staff to the CW Home Support team, and I’m so proud to see our little business continuing to grow.

From the very beginning, I wanted CW Home Support to feel different.

We are a small, independent, personal-led care service, and that means we can take the time to really get to know the people and families we support.

We don’t want our clients to feel like they are just another name on a rota. We don’t rush in and straight back out of the door, and we don’t want people having lots of different carers turning up every week.

Wherever possible, we provide familiar faces, consistent support and visit times structured around what works for you.

Whether it’s help with meals, medication prompting, shopping, companionship, household jobs, respite or simply having someone there for a bit of reassurance, our aim is to make life that little bit easier.

We know how difficult it can be for families too. You can love someone dearly and still feel overwhelmed, worried or guilty that you can’t always be there. That’s where we want to help — taking some of that pressure away and giving families peace of mind that their loved one is being looked after with kindness and respect.

We treat the people we support the way we would want our own family to be treated. ❤️

✨ EXTRA AVAILABILITY AT CW HOME SUPPORT ✨

Due to the continued growth of CW Home Support, we’re delighted to say that we now have some additional care and support availability in the local area. 💙

At CW Home Support, we pride ourselves on providing person-centred care that is genuinely tailored to each individual.

One of the things that is especially important to us is continuity of care. We believe that having lots of different carers coming into someone’s home can feel unsettling and stressful, both for the person receiving support and for their family.

That’s why, wherever possible, we aim to provide familiar, consistent faces who get to know the person, their routines, their preferences and what really matters to them.

We want our clients to feel comfortable, valued and safe in their own homes, while families have the reassurance of knowing their loved one is being supported by someone they know and trust.
