After 18 months I have finally qualified as an Accredited Creative Mindfulness for Kids Practitioner. 8 Module Assignments…. With a 98% average score….weekly personal practices ….. and writing and delivering lessons…… I have finally made it to the end, and am 1 of only three practitioners in Wales.
Now looking forward to introducing Creative Mindfulness to children.

Had a fantastic day today, delivering a series of Creative Wellbeing sessions to Year 11 students on the topic of coping with exam stress.

Wedi cael diwrnod gwych heddiw, yn cyflwyno cyfres o sesiynau Lles Creadigol i fyfyrwyr Blwyddyn 11 ar y testun o ymdopi â straen arholiadau.

One of the best ways I find to relax, is to turn to my macrame piece. This is probably due to the fact that I get fully immersed in its creation….. thinking of nothing else but creating the knots and shapes. Truly in the moment 😁🧎🏼‍♀️
