Yes, trying to deal with Lyme disease on your own and sometimes following advice on unmoderated Lyme forums can do more harm. I’ve also seen client being sold ‘silver bullet’ crazy expansive treatments like Rife machines on there that do not work ( on their own!!)

Yes, at a very simplistic level you need to deal with:

1/ inflammation
2/ immune dysregulation
3/infection/s

Most people who just focus on the infection never recover!
