An evening to fully switch off, soften and reset.

This gong bath is designed to support deep rest and nervous system regulation through the immersive vibrations of the gong. The sound works through the body in layers — helping to quieten mental noise, release tension and create space internally again.

Sound isn’t just relaxation. It’s regulation.

These sessions can feel deeply grounding, restorative and recalibrating, especially if life has felt full, noisy or overstimulating lately.

Please bring anything you need to be really comfortable — blankets, pillows, cosy layers, eye mask, water etc.

Spaces are limited and these sessions usually sell out.

A gentle invitation into stillness, resonance and deep rest.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be holding both a Gong Bath and a Sound Bath — two different but equally powerful experiences that support the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

The Gong Bath works with strong waves of vibration and resonance, often felt deeply through the body — helping to shift stagnant energy, soften mental chatter and bring a sense of release and reset.

The Sound Bath is a softer, more layered journey using instruments such as Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drum and voice to create an immersive soundscape for rest, regulation and restoration.

Come exactly as you are. Bring a blanket, pillow and anything else that helps you feel warm, grounded and supported. ✨

🌑 Ta**us New Moon Gong Bath

A gentle, grounding evening to rest, reset, and come back into the body.

This New Moon in Ta**us invites us to slow down and reconnect with what truly supports us — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Rather than pushing forward, this is a moment to pause… to soften… to receive.

Through the deep, steady resonance of the gong, you’ll be guided into a space of stillness where the nervous system can settle and the body can restore itself naturally.

Expect a slower pace, spacious sound, and time to simply be — supported and held. Book in via bio.

I’m really lucky to work with clients in a residential rehab facility for drugs and alcohol. This week, I worked with the sacred drum. Not as performance, not as something to fill the space —but as a tool for regulation, rhythm, and return.

In a clinical setting, you start to see very clearly what actually lands in the body. What helps someone soften.
What helps them feel. What helps them stay.

The drum is simple, but it’s powerful.
Rhythm gives the nervous system something to organise around. Something steady. Something predictable. And something I notice again and again in these sessions; people fall asleep. Really quickly.

Not because they’re disengaged, but because for many of them, this is the first moment their system has felt safe enough to switch off.

Sleep, in that context, isn’t a failure of the practice —
it’s a sign that something is working.

The guard drops.
The body takes over.
The system begins to restore.

What I’m always interested in is how these experiences translate. So I take what I learn in these sessions and weave it into my “normal” sound baths and my teaching:

– more awareness of pacing
– more intention in repetition
– allowing space for the body to catch up
– trusting simplicity over complexity

Less doing.
More listening.

These spaces continue to teach me that it’s not about creating something impressive —it’s about creating something that the body recognises as safe enough to let go.

And sometimes, that looks like sleep.

We finished the in person days for the Sound Therapy Training on Sunday.

Five days in the room together, working with sound in a way that goes beyond technique — into the body, the nervous system, and real practice.

What stood out most was the shift.
From learning… into embodiment.

There’s something powerful about staying with the work long enough for it to land.

The next Sound Therapy Training will be a 5-day in-person intensive this September.

Three spaces have already been taken, which feels really encouraging this early on.

This training is immersive, practical, and grounded in how sound actually works — in the body, the nervous system, that expands on your own way of facilitating.

Scared drum, Himalayan bowls, quartz crystal bowls, gongs & voice. All details on my website - details in bio.
