We are looking for a highly motivated Chartered Physiotherapist to join our growing team at Warwickshire Home Physio 🤍

This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-quality, community-based service, delivering personalised physiotherapy in patients’ homes, with the time and autonomy to truly focus on optimising patient outcomes.

As a mobile service, we work with a highly varied client group, including individuals with complex care needs, neurological conditions, falls risk, and orthopaedic/musculoskeletal presentations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in the assessment and management of these conditions.

Last but not least, meet Lauren 👋🏼

Lauren is not only our most experienced and clinically qualified physio - she’s also the funniest, most beautiful and brave (and definitely hasn’t told me to say that).

On a serious note, everything she does is built from a genuine passion and an unwavering belief that women are completely badass - and deserve to feel strong, confident and comfortable in their bodies, whatever stage of life they’re at. But if you’re a bloke and lucky enough to book in with her - don’t worry, she’ll take very good care of you too!

Lauren leads our Women’s Health service, alongside a huge amount of the work that happens behind the scenes – developing and delivering robust clinical mentorship, supervision and training across the team. It’s a big role (and keeps her very busy).

She is an MACP member – an organisation of around 1,200 physiotherapists who have passed rigorous clinical & academic exams to reach an internationally recognised standard of excellence in musculoskeletal physiotherapy at advanced practice level.

A very wordy way of saying… she REALLY knows her stuff.

She spent 10 years in the NHS and several in private practice, holding different senior roles, before finally giving in to Jack’s persistent pleading to come and work with him - and since 2022, hasn’t looked back.

Known as “Loz” to her friends, she’s a mum of two, a really good mate, and someone who cares deeply about her vocation.

Meet Jake 👏🏼

Our newest recruit - though we already can’t imagine the team without him. Jake always has a smile on his face and is an absolute joy to be around. Alongside being a brilliant physiotherapist with excellent manual therapy skills, he brings a positive, can-do attitude and genuinely cares about every client he works with.

We’re a competitive bunch… and Jake is always up for a challenge (and annoyingly, usually wins). He runs a sub-20 minute 5k - a fact we all mention frequently because we’re proud of him (and definitely not because we’re jealous 🤥).

He’s an ex-pro footballer, and an Arsenal fan. Don’t hold that against him though… he’s impossible not to like. Never one to take himself too seriously, Jake has all round ✨immaculate✨ vibes.

Meet Tom 👋🏼

Tom is super intelligent, considerate and quietly excellent at what he does – he’s also shockingly flexible, has a great sense of humour (which is lucky being a West Brom fan) and is our resident expert meal prepper.

He's a self-confessed geek and our first stop to chat about the latest physio research and evidence, he loves a healthy debate and is definitely someone we need in the room during our training sessions, as he brings so much to the table.

He’s a toddler dad which not only means he has advanced negotiation skills – he’s a skilled and empathetic listener, is super creative with his rehab programs and gets fantastic outcomes with his clients.

Tom is a very experienced physiotherapy graduate – with over 10 years of NHS experience under his belt (AND a personal training qualification) before he qualified as a physiotherapist via the apprenticeship route.

We’re very privileged to have you on the team, Tom 💙

Meet Jack 👋

Jack is the founder of Warwickshire Home Physio - and the quiet engine behind the invisible work of keeping the business running smoothly.

He’s a bona fide expert in delivering physiotherapy at home, having refined his craft over many years. Jack has one of those creative brains that can take a complex problem and turn it into something practical, engaging and meaningful for his clients. Rehab with him isn’t generic - it’s thoughtful, challenging and genuinely holistic.

He’s an exceptional problem solver, and that skill has led to some truly life-changing outcomes for the people he works with.

Outside of being a physio and dad of two, he’s handy with a drill, very special in the kitchen, decent on a football pitch. Absolutely incapable of folding a t-shirt properly.

He’s generous in every sense, great fun on a night out (read: occasional total liability), armed with terrible dad jokes, and known to hijack team meetings with chats about damp prevention, humidity regulation or household bills.

A big personality. A force to be reckoned with.
And Warwickshire Home Physio wouldn’t be what it is without him. A true legend!
