Next sound bath at Everlast gym in Hull is on Sunday 29th March at 4pm.

Bring blankets, pillows, eye pillows, a yoga mat (we have some if you don't have one), a drink of water and anything else for your comfort.
I will have some lavender eye pillows for sale for £8 each if you would like to treat yourself. Maybe a lovely Mother's day gift.
The class is £6 per person.
If you have any hearing sensitivity, cancer, severe or unstable mental health conditions, metal implants anywhere in your body, a pacemaker, heart conditions or stents, epilepsy or in the first trimester of pregnancy, Please consult your doctor as sound baths should be approached with caution or avoided with some of these conditions.
