l've just finished seeing a lovely client who came to me because she was in a lot of pain in her back & shoulders.
Back pain usually arises when we are feeling unsupported in life, shoulder pain when we are carrying burdens.
I gave this beautiful client a deep tissue massage with warmed aromatherapy oils, hot stones, neck and shoulder stretch, Reiki and Sound healing.
By the end of the session her whole energy had shifted. She felt lighter, more joyful and was able to move freely again.
I treat my clients as a whole, looking into the emotions and how they manifest in the body and treat accordingly.
There is always a root cause as to why the body has become imbalanced and I have a toolbox of therapies to bring harmony back to the body, mind and energy system.
