You tell yourself you’re too busy to step away.

Yet somewhere beneath that is a lurking truth.

You’re worried about what might happen if you stop.

When life becomes still, there’s nowhere left to hide from the conversations you’ve been avoiding with yourself.

So you keep going.

You fill the diary, solve the next problem, take care of everyone else.

Tell yourself you’ll slow down when things settle.

They rarely do.

January has a habit of arriving with the promise of a fresh start.

Yet for so many women, it feels exactly like December. If not worse.

The calendar changes, the weather doesn’t, the busyness continues.

The to-do list starts again.

That’s one of the reasons I chose January for Morocco: Space to Breathe.

Not because you need to escape your life.

You’re in wintering, hibernating dormancy and need to step away long enough to hear yourself again.

While it’s cold, grey and demanding at home, you’ll be surrounded by warmth, sunshine, beautiful food, meaningful conversation and spaciousness.

With gentle movement, moments of reflection, and thoughtful questions that invite you to notice what has perhaps been waiting for your attention all along.

Safely held in a supportive space where nothing is forced and every experience is an invitation, never an obligation.

No pressure to become a new version of yourself.

The opportunity to reconnect with the woman you’ve struggled to hear beneath the noisy demands.

Five days.

Three guest places.

Time that belongs to you.

If you’re sensing a deep yes, I’d love to have a conversation. There’s no pressure to decide today. Reach out, ask your questions, and together we’ll explore whether this is the right space for you.

There is something deeply nourishing about being part of a small group.

Just four women.

Three guests and me.

It changes everything.

There is space to be yourself.

Space to be seen without feeling exposed.

Space to speak if you want to.

Space to simply listen if you don’t.

As we wander the streets of Marrakech, share beautiful food, pause for mint tea, or sit together as the sun begins to set, there will be gentle invitations to reflect.

Questions that aren’t looking for the right answer.

Questions that simply create the space to notice what has perhaps been waiting for your attention.

This isn’t about becoming someone different.

It’s about creating enough space to hear yourself again.

To slow down, so you can go forward in the right direction.

If you’re sensing a deep yes, I’d love to have a conversation.

There are just three guest places for this intimate experience.

Perhaps one of them has your name on it.

There is a part of us that learned to keep us safe.

It always holds everything together.

Says yes when the answer is no.

Achieves, fixes, pleases, or stays quiet.

It wasn’t a flaw.

It was intelligent.

It helped you navigate a moment in life when you needed protection.

For a while, it served you well.

Until the strategies that once kept you safe began to keep you small.

What if you could choose differently now?

What if you could live from the part of you that gets to choose now?

UNRAVEL isn’t about becoming someone new.

It’s about gently noticing what you’ve organised your life around, understanding it with compassion, and creating enough space for something more true to emerge.

Not by forcing change.

By allowing it.

If these words feel familiar, perhaps it’s time to become curious about what no longer needs to be carried.

How often do you pause long enough to notice what your body is trying to tell you?

The signs of overwhelm and anxiety are often there before we consciously acknowledge them.

A tight chest.
A racing mind.
Shallow breathing.
A feeling that everything is happening at once.

The invitation is not to push through.

It is to pause.

Take a moment to stop what you are doing.

Place your attention on your body.

Breathe deeply.
Slowly.
For several breaths.

Notice the shift that begins to happen when you give yourself permission to come back to this moment.

The situation may not have changed, yet your relationship with it can.

A few conscious breaths can create space between the feeling and your response.

This is where we begin to reconnect.
This is where we begin to listen.

Your body is always communicating.

The question is:
Are you giving yourself enough space to hear it?

What does a day in Morocco: Space to Breathe look like?

It doesn’t begin with rushing to the next activity.

It begins gently.

Perhaps with tea on the rooftop as Marrakech wakes around us. Gentle movement. Breath. A nourishing breakfast shared together before allowing the day to unfold.

One day we might wander the ancient souks, discovering hidden courtyards and artisan workshops. Another could take us to the Agafay Desert, where the landscape invites you to pause, take a deeper breath, and enjoy the beauty of simply being present.

Throughout our time together, there will be gentle moments of guidance woven into each day. Thought-provoking questions, space for reflection, and opportunities to notice what is unfolding within you. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force. Just the invitation to become more present with yourself.

There will be time for a traditional hammam, long lunches, meaningful conversations, moments of laughter, and moments of stillness.

You’ll have the freedom to explore while being held within a safe and supportive container throughout our time together. Every experience is an invitation, never an obligation.

With just three guest places, this retreat is intentionally intimate. It allows me to host each person with care, creating an experience that feels personal, spacious, and deeply restorative.

If you’ve been longing to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, perhaps this is your invitation.

If you’re sensing a deep yes, I’d love to have a conversation. There’s no pressure to decide straight away. Reach out, ask your questions, and together we’ll explore whether this is the right space for you.

Morocco: Space to Breathe

Introducing our accommodation.

Nestled in the heart of Marrakech, just moments from the vibrant Jemaa el-Fnaa, it’s a beautiful private riad that will become home for five nights.

This won’t be a large retreat.

There will be just three guest places, creating a slower, more personal experience where there’s space to rest, explore, share meals, move, breathe and simply be.

Throughout our time together, you’ll be gently held within a safe and supportive container. Every element has been thoughtfully designed so you can slow down, exhale, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace. Nothing is forced. Nothing is expected. You’ll be guided with care, while always having the space to honour your own experience.

22–27 January 2027

The investment is £2,493 per person.

I wanted to share the price early because I know experiences like this often take planning. If you’ve been craving time away that feels thoughtful rather than busy, this gives you plenty of time to set that intention.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing more of the experience, what’s included, and the rhythm of our days together.

For now, I simply wanted to open the door.

Three places.

Morocco is waiting.

Morocco: Space to Breathe ✨

Some places help you slow down because everything is different.

The pace changes. The senses awaken. The landscape invites you to pause and experience life at a different rhythm.

Morocco has always felt like one of those places.

In January 2027, I’ll be hosting a small women’s retreat in Morocco.

A space to step away from the usual pace of life, reconnect with yourself, share moments with like-minded women and simply breathe.

There will be time for gentle movement, relaxation, exploring, nourishing experiences, conversation and quiet moments to yourself.

A circle of women coming together. A chance to share if you choose, listen if you need, and be exactly where you are.

The accommodation is now secured and spaces will be intentionally limited to create a more intimate experience.

If Morocco in January 2027 feels like something you would love to be part of, send me “Morocco” and I’ll share more details as they unfold.

It’s been a beautiful week with our daughters graduating.

A proper moment of pride.

Watching them step into what comes next has been one of those experiences that stays with you.

What I’ve noticed though, is how life rarely moves in clean chapters.

Even in the middle of something really full and meaningful, something else can be quietly shifting underneath it.

Not in a dramatic way.

More in a way you only notice when things go quiet again.

A sense that something in you is changing before you’ve fully named it.

Life has a way of doing that.

Especially in seasons where everything on the outside looks steady, but internally something is reorganising itself.

If you’re in that place where things look fine but feel different underneath, I’ve opened a couple of Space Before UNRAVEL sessions next week.

DM me “SPACE” if you want the details.

It’s never just about the session.

Once a month, I arrange something outside of our yoga-based breath & movement sessions because real connection isn’t built by rolling up a mat and heading home.

Today we started with our practice, then went for breakfast together, before spending the morning at the Hot Bothy. Sauna. Cold dip. Beautiful surroundings. A fire pit. Space to slow down, laugh, talk, be quiet, and simply enjoy being together.

Sometimes the most important part isn’t what happens during the breath and movement.

It’s what happens afterwards.

I love hosting small groups where people feel comfortable enough to be themselves. No pressure to perform. No need to have everything figured out. Just genuine connection with good people.

That’s always been the heart of what I create.

Because wellbeing isn’t built in isolation.

It’s built in the spaces where people feel safe enough to arrive exactly as they are.
